Our Young Carers project is running a series of online yoga sessions by instructor Jacqui Wallace.
These sessions are designed to help young carers with stress and anxiety using a variety of yoga and mindfulness techniques. Although they are aimed at young carers anyone in the household can take part.
The sessions will be held using Zoom so you will need to have access to this on a device such as a phone, laptop or tablet. If you have not used Zoom before you can find help on how to do this here.
Young Carers will be able to see and hear us during the sessions but their cameras and microphones will be switched off so no one will be able to see or hear them. Members of the young carers team will also be attending.
