Due to the coronavirus outbreak we have made some changes to our working practices in order to protect the carers that we work with and the vulnerable people that they care for.
In accordance with recommended government guidelines we have closed our offices in Cockermouth and our staff are now working securely and effectively from home.
In place of our usual face to face support we are offering support to carers over the telephone and electronically. We will follow through on one to one support and will be available with information and signposting to other relevant existing and new services. We will also be contacting carers by phone to check that they are ok.
If you are self-isolating and just need to speak to someone please do not hesitate to give us a call.
Unfortunately, this has affected our events that we were due to hold in the coming weeks as we have had to make the decision to reschedule these for a future date.
