Christmas Opening Times

We will be closing for the Christmas holidays at 1pm on Friday 24th December 2021. 

Our Christmas Opening Hours are :

Monday 27th December - Closed

Tuesday 28th December - Closed

Wednesday 29th December - 10.00am to 3.00pm

Thursday 30th December - 10.00am to 3.00pm

Friday 31st December - 10.00am to 3.00pm

Monday 3rd January - Closed

Our offices will be closed to visitors during this time.

Normal office hours will resume on Tuesday 4th January 2022.

What to do if you are concerned about an adult (over 18) over the holidays:

Contact your local Adult Social Care office during office hours.

Outside office hours, at weekends and bank holidays, the Emergency Duty Team will advise and respond to emergencies. Contact them on 01228 526690

What to do if you are concerned about a child or young person (under 18) over the holidays:

If you believe them to be at risk of immediate danger call the Police 999 telephone number.

If you have significant concerns about a child please contact the Cumbria Safeguarding Hub, phone 0333 240 1727

If the duty worker is already responding to a call there is a message facility allowing the caller to invite a call back by leaving their details and a brief summary of their concern.
