Our FREE regular drop in relaxation sessions are a great way of taking time out for yourself to relax, rejuvenate and revitalise!
Our trainer Maria Richardson will help you to manage your stress levels. Research has shown that simple relaxation techniques can improve overall health and well-being.
No need to book, just turn up and enjoy.
