On 12th September 3 top blokes ran 13 miles to help raise funds to support Carers here in West Cumbria. We would like to say a great big Thank You to Andrew Bromley, Alan Murray and Martyn Wilson who ran the Great North Run for us. The guys had a great day, Andrew, who completed the run in 1 hour and 31 minutes said “It was a great experience and I'm already looking forward to next year.

The post holder will be responsible for the Volunteer Project Support Worker and volunteers. Hours: 22 hours (Initial 12 months contract) Salary: £21,386 rising to £22,183 (pro rata for 22 hours) Location: This post will cover the districts of Allerdale and Copeland will be based from West Cumbria Carers Cockermouth office (a mix of home and office working is available).
